ELITE CORPORATE TRAINING

was started in 1998 by its Principal Amanda Cooper.

She ‘cut her teeth’ in the harsh world of direct selling – vinyl cladding, time share and insurance. After 3 years achieving The Amp Society’s’ ‘Top Queensland Performing Agent’ – Amanda started running training programs on behalf of AMP on Selling and Client Management Skills. She then joined the Australian Institute of Management designing and delivering 5 of their most popular programs: ‘Powerful Presentations’, ‘Dynamic Client Service’, Effective Communication’, ‘Assertion Skills’ and ‘Effective People Skills for Supervisors’. In 1998 Elite Corporate Training began with Amanda conducting leadership, team development, customer service, conflict resolution and supervision programs for some of Australia’s leading organisations as well as being a sought after conference speaker and mentor for young professionals and senior executives.

After being approached by Leighton Contractors in the year 2000 to coach their team to win the Inner City Bypass Project – Amanda’s expertise in the specialised field of coaching high performance teams began. With a track record of coaching 12 teams per year for 10 wins per year – this conversion rate positioned Amanda as one of the most in-demand facilitators in the country.

Due to client demand – Elite Corporate Training expanded in 2012 to involve consultants also recognised as specialists in their respective fields.
