Originally from the field of education (B.ED.Hons) Susan moved outside of the school system providing accelerated education, action learning and leadership programs targeting both “typical” and “at risk” young people. Susan next launched herself into the Corporate sector over 20 years ago as Director of Training and Marketing of Successories Australia and Success Training. She then moved into a Directors role with Deloitte within a consulting team for SMEs in the areas of Change Management, Training and Organisational Development. As a result of her experience in the corporate arena and her reputation for the innovative and transformational work in the youth sector, Susan was invited to join McKinsey and the Company’s global Network of Transformational Facilitators working across 4 continents.

With a deep love for people and extensive corporate experience – Susan specialises in the “soft skills”. She is passionate about methodologies that assist in developing future leaders and transforming leaders by building deeper self awareness to enable them to create high performing work cultures and leading edge people management practices. As Director of her own Facilitation consultancy – her work focuses on organizational transformation through the exploration and application of mindsets and behaviours for leaders, individuals and teams that create self responsibility, action, results, resilience, trust, alignment and collaboration.

Susan is renowned for her work in leadership, facilitation, cultural transformation and executive coaching one – on – one or in small groups. She is also accredited to use a variety of business profiling tools including DISC, HBDI and MBTI.

Clients include Chevron, Woodside Energy, Worley Parsons, Anglo Mines, Dept. Treasury and Finance, ANZ, CBA, Australia Post, Unisys, Johnson and Johnson and Price Waterhouse Coopers.
